LAPTOP INFORMATION

Our as-is laptops are used systems so they usually will show some wear marks and scratches on the covers and other parts.    AC Adapters are not included with our as-is laptops.

We have included as much of the specifications as we can - if the laptop will not power up, we indicate whether or not a hard drive is included but may not be able to determine the size. We have not tested the individual parts and are selling them  as-is!! Also please note - we have not taken these laptops apart, so if you may find dirt, spilled coke, or Aunt Peggy's cake recipe inside the laptop - you might also find it to be spotlessly clean - If you don't realize that, then you should not be buying this kind of lot of laptops!! These are intended to be purchased by someone who knows how to fix and load laptops!! This lot of laptops is being sold as-is. Please note that batteries are untested unless otherwise indicated!!

Up for sale today we have a lot of laptops. The laptops are in good used cosmetic condition with cover wear and scratches from normal use.  Other issues are mentioned below.  These laptops are being sold as-is.

AC Adapters, Hard Drives, Hard Drive Caddies and Wireless Adapters are not included; unless otherwise specified.

If batteries are included, they are untested and not warrantied.

* Auction payments must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. Nonpaying bidders
will be reported to eBay. Buy-It-Now auctions require immediate payment with Paypal.

* Michigan Residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

ATR Computers is proud to offer a 30 day warranty on all items. Unlike many of our competitors
we offer full refunds or replacements when available. It is our goal to deliver a quality product
at a reasonable price in a timely manner. We want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. If a problem arises please be assured that we will take care of you! Please
contact us through the eBay message system where we answer questions daily. Please try to be
courteous in your communications and we will do the same. In the event that a return is
necessary please print a copy of our RMA form located on our website, www.atrcomputers.net,
and include it in the box. We offer full refunds of the sales price. If an item is returned and
determined to be defective or not as described your original shipping will be refunded as well.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we do not warranty third
party service or any item taken apart without our consent.

US SHIPPING INFORMATION

* We ship UPS Ground or FedEx to the continental US. Shipping charges include postage, insurance, tracking, handling, and quality packaging. We have specially designed laptops boxes and a custom foaming machine for large items. Good packaging ensures that your item will arrive safely.

* Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO ship USPS Priority Mail.

* We ship through Paypal or Worldship. In either case tracking is emailed to your paypal email address. 

* We make every effort to ship the same day if payment is received before 12PM EST.
Otherwise items will ship out next day.

* We require a signature on items that sell for $500 or more.  Please plan accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

* We ship many of our items worldwide. Some items are not available internationally, please
check the Ships To location at the top of the auction for specifics on this item.

* We ship UPS Expedited when possible. Shipping charges are set on each auction so please
check your country on the drop down menu for charges. Due to the limitations of eBay there
may be additional charges to some countries including but not limited to the following countries:
Poland, Russia, Israel, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine.

* A phone number is required on ALL international shipments. Your item will NOT ship until a
phone number is provided. It is best to add it as a note to your paypal payment.

* Canadian shipments are sent UPS Expedited or FedEx. This includes the brokerage fees but not
taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any and all customs fees and taxes incurred by
importing products into their country!!

* Our items are generally subject to international taxes. We are a business and we ship
internationally everyday. Please do not ask us to ship your item as a gift or reduce customs
values as this is not something that we do.
